Christopher Nolan in regards to last night’s shooting in Colorado.

I went to a mostly EMPTY screening tonight of the The Dark Knight Rises. I live in a town with the second biggest university in the country, tonight’s Friday screening should have been packed to the brim and my heart was more than a little broken.

My thoughts are with the victims and their families.
